Do you have so much stuff that you don't know what to do with it? Come to our Garage Sale Pack Night! When? _________________________ We'll be collecting new/nearly new coats, clothing, shoes,
etc for: _________________________________________ Also, if you have
toys, movies (PG or G rated only), games, costumes, etc., that you don't
use anymore, bring them for the Cub Scout Garage Sale!
**Make sure that your parents OK the things you want to donate. Bring
kids stuff only for the
Garage Sale (no house stuff, pots, pans, etc.) |
3. Use play money or print several pages of these "Akela Bucks".

4. On the day of the Pack Night have the kids bring the items they will donate in a bag labeled with their name. 5. Have the boys take their bags to a room (different form the one you are having the Pack Night) where a helper(s) can determine how many "Akela Bucks" each kid will get. Have the helper(s) put the kids "money" in an envelope labeled with the cubs name and amount they get. 6. Have the helper(s) separate the clothes for the clothing drive to one side and price the toys the kids brought for the Garage Sale. Instead of taking the time to price every item, you can make $1, $2, etc. signs and pile the toys around the signs according to size, etc. 7. Have the helper bring you the "money" envelopes to the Pack Night room. 8. Donate any left over items to the Salvation Army, Good Will, etc. Have fun! Ideas:
